petepec asked: Cookies don't really need THAT much sugar. Besides, you don't want its taste to fight with the taste of chocolate (not counting the fact that chocolate also has sugar). I've tried sugarless cookies and some were fine but most were not worth remembering. That's Europe for you :]
I’m not saying they should be ENTIRELY SUGAR or that sugarless treats aren’t awesome. But some recipes call for that amount for a reason, the glorious glorious splurge of ingesting more than you need! I don’t see a problem in indulging every once in a while, and that’s not just my ‘MERICAN ignorance, ‘NEATHER. Just eat them in moderation :P
Edit-Although, I’m sure your fancy Europe cookies are delicious :D
